Sirius Kriminal was established in 2020 as a private enterprise providing consultancy, training, and expert opinions in the fields of law enforcement, security, crime scene investigation, criminal investigations, forensic sciences, traffic, and forensic traffic analysis. Our team consists of personnel with over 30 years of experience and holds both national and international expertise, including participation in programs funded by the United Nations, the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE), the European Union Rule of Law Mission (EULEX), and other international funding mechanisms.

Mehmet ŞEN began his career at the Ankara Police Department in 1996. Between 1997 and 2005, he served in the Crime Scene Investigation Division of the Ankara Regional Police, holding roles as Team Leader and Shift Leader of Crime Scene Investigation Teams and Chief of Forensic Imaging Bureau.
From 2007 to 2009, he worked as the Head of the Crime Scene Investigation Division at the Sirnak Police Department. Additionally, between 2002 and 2003, he served as a War Crimes Investigator and Crime Scene Investigation Expert at the United Nations Kosovo Police Force (UNMIK) Missing Persons Unit.
Throughout his career, he has undertaken short- and long-term assignments within the central and provincial units of the Turkish National Police, as well as international missions under the United Nations (UN), the European Union (EU), and other international organizations. He has contributed to numerous critical investigations at both national and international levels.
Fluent in English, Mehmet ŞEN holds a Master’s degree in Cyber Security and Digital Forensics.
